A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Associate Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Consulting on clients' general corporate needs
  • Supporting deal teams, including diligence, drafting and negotiating deal documents, etc

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 years of relevant experience to handle our clients' legal transactions, commercial contracting, and general corporate governance needs
  • A mid-level or senior Corporate and Transactional associate
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
