Job Summary

A medical claims reviews company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Attorney.

Must be able to:

• Submit appeals to Independent Review Organizations for external review
• Negotiate settlement agreements with insurance carriers
• Appeal wrongfully denied and delayed insurance claims through the insurance carriers' internal appeals process

Position Requirements Include:

• Highly computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
• Candidate must also have strong communication and writing skills
• Candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree
• Interest in healthcare
