Job Summary
A medical claims reviews company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Submit appeals to Independent Review Organizations for external review
- Negotiate settlement agreements with insurance carriers
- Appeal wrongfully denied and delayed insurance claims through the insurance carriers' internal appeals process
Position Requirements Include:
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Candidate must also have strong communication and writing skills
- Candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree
- Interest in healthcare
