Job Summary
A business services consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Associate Business Services Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement online assessments and other hiring tools
- Coordinate activities and manage work to best meet client needs
- Direct and manage interns with I-O or related training
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some business travel – usually less than 10% of time.
- A Ph.D. in I/O or Master’s degree with at least two years’ work experience
- Have done an internship or have some practical experience working in I/O psychology
- Knowledge of the statistical approaches and methods used for assessment validation.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in either SPSS (preferred) and/or R
