Job Summary
A health services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Associate Communications Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for meeting workflow deadlines, compliance requirements, client expectations, and SLA's
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for external print vendors and internal business partners
- Receive, review, and approve vendor proofs (in conjunction with and / or on behalf of the business owner)
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience in print production
- 2+ years of print production and project or account management experience is preferred
- Experience managing multiple deliverables, projects, and stakeholders at one time is ideal
- Experience with Workfront and Noosh is preferred
- 6+ months of healthcare industry and/or UnitedHealth Group experience is desired
- Can create procedure and job aid documentation on new tasks or processes
