Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Associate Compensation Director.
Must be able to:
- Work on the most complex compensation projects
- Work with the leadership in compensation to proactively identify value added compensation initiatives
- Evaluate new jobs for appropriate title and grade, typically at the manager and director levels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business or Human Resources related field or equivalent compensation experience
- 8+ years (5+ years if in combination with a Master’s degree) of compensation experience
- Specific technical expertise in compensation theory and best practices
- Advanced skills with Excel (v-lookups, pivots) and PowerPoint
- Experience in leading complex and longer term projects to completion
- Strong project management skills
