A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Contract Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing sourcing strategies in partnership with leadership
• Debriefing hiring manager and candidates throughout recruitment process
• Developing and communicating action plans for aging requisitions

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 1+ years' recruiting experience using an Applicant Tracking System
• 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad / deep range of positions and in a volume driven environment
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in marketing / sourcing techniques
