A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Contract Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing sourcing strategies in partnership with leadership
- Debriefing hiring manager and candidates throughout recruitment process
- Developing and communicating action plans for aging requisitions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years' recruiting experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad / deep range of positions and in a volume driven environment
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in marketing / sourcing techniques
