Job Summary

A software development company specializing in marketing solutions is seeking a Telecommute Associate Contract Renewal Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Handle all assigned customer contract inquiries in a timely manner
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals
  • Solve complex billing issues that require extensive analysis while moving through different scenarios and systems.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrated passion about creating a great customer experience
  • Proven clear communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a phone conversation
  • Demonstrated healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in conjunction with other internal teams including Customer Success, Accounts Receivable, and Sales, as well as partnering with Business Enablement on ways to enhance our billing infrastructure
  • Ability to contribute to the growth of the contract management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks
