Job Summary
A research company is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Corporate Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with the Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice and risk assessment
- Assisting with implementation of corporate compliance-related initiatives
- Developing, implementing, and improving processes and systems to increase efficiency of specific functions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- J.D., plus up to three years of relevant experience as an in-house counsel
- Member in good standing of the State Bar, or qualified for admission as registered in-house counsel
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency Required
- Excellent business judgment, interpersonal skills, and sound negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
