Job Summary

A financial technology development company is seeking a Telecommute Associate Credit Operations and Signup Specialist in Draper.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Focusing on assisting self-serve applicants through the signup process, answering questions, and assisting the credit team
• Following up with companies that have stalled on their applications
• Keeping track of 50-100+ applicants, at a time, to make sure they are successfully signed up and implemented

Qualifications Include:

• Experience in processing credit applications
• Proven understanding of consumer lending
• Ability to effectively solve problems, make decisions and take action
• Demonstrated strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Demonstrated skills as a high-energy problem solver
• Ability to become an expert at company's credit process
