Job Summary
An enterprise software company is seeking a Telecommute Associate CRM Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying, handling and serving as principal point of contact any account escalations
- Managing a region of assigned accounts
- Handling the required administrative components for all contract renewals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Coordinates with CMC stakeholders to plan and executive client initiatives webinars, workshops, events, conferences, etc
- Strong computing skills and ability to grasp software functionality
- 1-3 years professional working experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
