Job Summary
An information technology and services company specializing in machine learning-based analytics is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Customer Success Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping to support a portfolio of clients, with a specific focus on subscription configuration, implementation, and solution architecture
- Understanding the challenges faced by your clients, help defining meaningful requirements, and working on translating customers’ business requirements into technical configuration
- Developing custom JavaScript functions to capture data analytics and satisfy complex use cases
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with developing, implementing, or using digital analytics solutions
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, with experience in web development and knowledge of front-end technologies
- Possession of a solid handle on the variety of Web Developer Tools provided by modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- Proven strong project and time management skills with ability to simultaneously juggling the needs of multiple clients
- Ability to to adapt quickly to changing priorities and capable of operating in ambiguous situations
- Ability to configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to give clients real-time visibility to the performance of their digital platforms
