Job Summary

A communications technology company is seeking a Telecommute Associate Customer Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customers a single point of contact for Customer management
  • Work with customers to discuss concerns and drive corrective actions to closure
  • Manage and maintain services scope as per services contract

Required Skills:

  • Travel under 25%
  • 2+ years customer service, sales, account management and support experience
  • And/or systems management experience
