Job Summary
A major healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Employer Installation Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing benefit requests and secure all necessary data
- Researching and responding to all claims processing inquiries
- Performing claim testing to ensure accurate claim adjudication
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Participate in team meetings
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 1 years of experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare Insurance / PBM environment
- Ability multi-task and work independently
- Available to work an 8 - hour shift between the operation hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Effectively communicating with team members on process procedures
