Job Summary
A business services and development-focused company is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Engagement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle
- Work with engagement managers to create and distribute weekly and monthly project reports
- Document and follow up on project issues and action items
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Management or Information Technology
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
- Familiarity with SaaS technologies
