- Co-developing and implementing short and long-range strategic plans related to the employee engagement survey
- Driving strategic & empathetic approach to ensure people feel heard & valued & that our values are at heart of business discussions
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor degree or master degree in Social Sciences, English, Communications, business administration, or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Sales Enablement
- Demonstrated experience facilitating employee engagement
