Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Finance Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and enhancing clinical FTE models
- Running FTE review meetings with leadership team
- Building financial models to support clinical transformation and operating efficiency projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or finance partnership experience
- Advanced proficiency level working with Excel
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve including multiple priorities
