Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Associate Intelligence Solutions Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and consultation to customers deploying the company's solutions
  • Document and address client specific needs that arise due to variability in customer environments
  • Assist solution engineers in maintaining FAQs and best practice implementation guides

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with technical customer support, either internal or external customers
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical problems
  • Understanding of incident handling and investigation tools or threat intelligence
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix concepts
  • High level of comfort troubleshooting and operating on the command line in Linux/Unix
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly Python and/or shell scripting
