Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Associate Intelligence Solutions Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and consultation to customers deploying the company's solutions
- Document and address client specific needs that arise due to variability in customer environments
- Assist solution engineers in maintaining FAQs and best practice implementation guides
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with technical customer support, either internal or external customers
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical problems
- Understanding of incident handling and investigation tools or threat intelligence
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix concepts
- High level of comfort troubleshooting and operating on the command line in Linux/Unix
- Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly Python and/or shell scripting
