A performance improvement solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Level Performance Improvement Solutions Training Program Manager in Indianapolis.

- Managing training deliveries for assigned training portfolio(s)
- Serving as the owner and subject matter expert for areas of responsibility
- Partnering with the business to identify courses/suppliers to support training needs
