Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Life Event Specialist Trainee.

Must be able to:

• Process a FMLA qualifying event associated with a claimant’s serious health condition
• Develop and apply knowledge of policies and provisions
• Develop skillset to determine eligibility and availability of leave for integrated claims/leaves

Required Skills:

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Ability to develop FMLA and Short-Term Disability product knowledge
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with claimants
• Strong service and quality orientation
