Job Summary
A health iinsurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Pharmacy Care Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and responding to escalated pharmacy inquiries from all communication venues
- Coordinating and assisting initial screening of MAP enrollment requests
- Conducting in - bound and out - bound calls for program requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook
- Medical terminology knowledge base
- Ability to work independently, with some supervision and direction from manager
- Excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal and written communication skills
