Job Summary

A health iinsurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Pharmacy Care Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving and responding to escalated pharmacy inquiries from all communication venues
  • Coordinating and assisting initial screening of MAP enrollment requests
  • Conducting in - bound and out - bound calls for program requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook
  • Medical terminology knowledge base
  • Ability to work independently, with some supervision and direction from manager
  • Excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal and written communication skills
