A human capital management platform has an open position for a Telecommute Associate Psychometrician .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in the design, development and maintenance of assessments
- Conducting item and test analyses, equating, score reporting, reliability and validity studies
- Facilitating psychometric meetings with subject matter experts
Qualifications for this position include:
- PhD in industrial and organizational psychology, or related field with emphasis on psychometrics
- Experience in the development of assessments
- Solid understanding of complex data structures, statistical theory, methodology, and application
- Ability to manage, manipulate, and summarize small and large quantities of data
- Knowledge and demonstrated use of multivariate statistics and statistical software
