Job Summary

A medical software and equipment company has a current position open for a Telecommute Associate Senior Field Service Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Independently performing complex troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality
• Reading, analyzing, interpreting and following signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Instructing customers and staff in proper use of the equipment

Required Skills:

• Must be willing to travel when required and work independently
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Electronics, Physics or an associated discipline
• Minimum of 5 years related field service experience
• Level 3 in primary modality along with Level 2 in two secondary modalities
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice, including ESD requirements
• Proficiency in the use of test equipment and hand tools including oscilloscopes, multi-meters
