Job Summary
An IT solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Service Desk Technician in Chantilly.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Create, update, and close customer tickets
- Answer incoming customer calls into the Tier 1 Help Desk
- Ensure problem ownership, escalate issues through proper channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- These positions are temporary with the possibility to convert to full time if call volume remains high
- At least 1 years of previous help desk
- Strong familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android), Tablets, Windows / Mac PCs, and related hardware technologies
- Experience working in help desk ticketing platforms/systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
