Job Summary

An IT solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Service Desk Technician in Chantilly.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Create, update, and close customer tickets
  • Answer incoming customer calls into the Tier 1 Help Desk
  • Ensure problem ownership, escalate issues through proper channels

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • These positions are temporary with the possibility to convert to full time if call volume remains high
  • At least 1 years of previous help desk
  • Strong familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android), Tablets, Windows / Mac PCs, and related hardware technologies
  • Experience working in help desk ticketing platforms/systems
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
