Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling business and legal affairs in connection with corporate Latin American networks
- Drafting and negotiating a wide array of agreements
- Researching and advising on a variety of legal matters
Position Requirements Include:
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm and/or working in-house
- Candidate must be an attorney licensed to practice in the U.S. or in a Latin American territory
- Previous work experience in the advertising, marketing/social media, digital agency, technology, consumer products and/or entertainment industry
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish), written and spoken required
- Individual must possess effective communication skills and strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Must be highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and take initiative in a fast-paced environment with continuously changing priorities and deadlines
