Telecommute Attorney

Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Telecommute Attorney.

Must be able to:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with providers, vendors, managed care customers, and other third parties
• Provide sound and efficient legal advice and counsel on a wide range of state and federal regulatory issues
• Coordinate with Compliance Department as it relates to legal issues

Qualifications for this position include:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with a state bar
• Successfully able to work independently and collaboratively
