Job Summary
A business services company has an open position for a Telecommute Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts with providers, vendors, managed care customers, and other third parties
- Provide sound and efficient legal advice and counsel on a wide range of state and federal regulatory issues
- Coordinate with Compliance Department as it relates to legal issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with a state bar
- Successfully able to work independently and collaboratively
