An online job-matching service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Au Pair Regional Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional and corporate outreach plans
• Recruit, train, and develop the appropriate staffing levels
• Monitor and track the financial resources of the region

Qualifications Include:

• Must have an automobile, computer, and high-speed Internet
• 5+ years of management and/or leadership experience
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A dedicated home office and quiet space to work
• 4-year degree or similar experience
