Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Audience Manager Technical Support Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide technical support via telephone, email and live chat
  • Educate customers on the use of Digital Marketing products
  • Assist in testing new and enhanced products

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 years’ experience in a customer support environment,
  • Ability to systematically and effectively troubleshoot technical problems
  • Expert with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Experience with data insertion and reporting APIs, SOAP, REST and PHP
  • Knowledge of Mobile and Video programming solutions
