Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Audience Manager Technical Support Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide technical support via telephone, email and live chat
- Educate customers on the use of Digital Marketing products
- Assist in testing new and enhanced products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years’ experience in a customer support environment,
- Ability to systematically and effectively troubleshoot technical problems
- Expert with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Experience with data insertion and reporting APIs, SOAP, REST and PHP
- Knowledge of Mobile and Video programming solutions
