A digital consulting company is seeking a Telecommute Audit and Compliance Recruiting Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build out simple and clear process maps and step by step guidelines
- Manage a support model
- Manage all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle audits to ensure compliance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Audit, Compliance or Investigation program experience
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Excel and Workday
- 2-4 years of experience in an Operational or Recruiting role
