An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Auto Claims Adjuster in Tucson.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Investigating claims to determine liability and coverage
- Corresponding with and interviewing the people involved in the claims
- Documenting this information to the appropriate claim file
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-year college degree
- Excellent computer skills, fully proficient in MS Office
- Ability to take necessary steps to obtain information
- Ability to call, email, or write to insured customers and others
- Ability to submit routine claims for payment or advise claims management staff
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
