A claims processing company is seeking a Telecommute Auto Warranty Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that all dealers have their claims worked completely, daily
  • Assisting in problem solving for the team administrators for situations such as IT issues, dealer cooperation, etc
  • Collaborating with other departments to facilitate any production issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years in warranty administration
  • Basic knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve their highest potential
  • Experience in managing groups
