Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Automated Outbound Management Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and coordinating the staffing of call queues
  • Serving as point of contact with call center management
  • Ensuring resources are optimized for the overall success of the dialer/system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Limited business travel
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience
  • Experience with workforce scheduling systems or similar
  • Experience with dialer/system campaign strategy development
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work frequently changing work schedules and any hours
