Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Automated Outbound Management Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and coordinating the staffing of call queues
- Serving as point of contact with call center management
- Ensuring resources are optimized for the overall success of the dialer/system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Limited business travel
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience
- Experience with workforce scheduling systems or similar
- Experience with dialer/system campaign strategy development
- Must demonstrate an ability to work frequently changing work schedules and any hours
