Job Summary

A defense contracting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Automation Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing Linux based logic, code, tests and debugging of software package automation
  • Packaging and engineering releases to integrate with the Linux operating systems
  • Assisting in automated deployments of applications

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of hands on Linux and automation experience
  • 3+ years of experience deploying technical solutions into enterprises
  • Experience in high performance and highly complex deployment environments
  • Hands-on skills in scripting in Linux/Unix Experience with Deployment Automation
  • Hands-on experience in Build Automation and Release Management
  • Hands-on experience with  version control using git, such as GitLab, GitHub, or BitBucket
