Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Automation Engineering Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the management and development of the Automation team
- Building and integrating fully comprehensive front end applications utilizing low-code application builders
- Investigating and understanding business stakeholder problems and devising scalable solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience in prioritization and quantifying business value
- Ability to communicate to senior leadership
- Basic understanding of technology stacks
- Experience managing and mentoring junior engineers
- Comfortable in a startup environment
