An IT company has a current position open for a Telecommute Automation Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Automating large scale systems
- Writing code that understands public cloud, private cloud, and bare metal
- Automating common tasks, deploying with an IaaS model, utilizing chef or similar
Position Requirements Include:
- Travelling for 3-6 business related trips per year
- 5+ years of experience working in a large scale production environment
- Chef experience or similar
- Ability to write simple to moderately complex scripts and programs
- Ability to work with a distributed team in multiple time zones
