Job Summary
A workforce management solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Automotive Client Services Representative II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met for each client
- Originating loan and title documents for automotive lending transactions in assigned DMV jurisdictions
- Responding to client, consumer, or seller inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for lenders.
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to respond promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Ability to write clearly and effectively present ideas and to document activities
