Job Summary

A workforce management solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Automotive Client Services Representative II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring contractual obligations are met for each client
  • Originating loan and title documents for automotive lending transactions in assigned DMV jurisdictions
  • Responding to client, consumer, or seller inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for lenders.

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to respond promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively present ideas and to document activities
