Job Summary
An automotive financing company has an open position for a Telecommute Automotive Collections Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meeting collection goals to allow for a performing portfolio & the credit advancement of our customers
- Teaming with other members of Consumer Finance and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling loan processing and loan origination for the assigned branch location
Qualifications for this position include:
- Industry Experience: Rent-to-own, Cash Advance, Title Loan, Consumer Finance, 1st party Collections, Customer Retention or a related industry
- At least 2 years of consumer related collections or customer retention experience
- Ability to prioritize calls & time throughout the day to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Ability to stay organized & have good follow up
- Ability to exercise good common sense
