An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Telecommute Automotive Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 6 months sales experience minimum
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
- Ability to respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
