Job Summary
An information technology company that offers technology, security, and information services to U.S. government clients is in need of a Telecommute Automotive Industry Chat Specialist in Plymouth.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accurately responding to customer inquiries and documenting customer contacts
- Providing on-line support for applications
- Identifying and reporting all concerns regarding the program to the appropriate Senior Business Analyst, Team Leader, or Manager
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma; College degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ proven experience assisting customers in a service industry
- At least 1 year of digital communication experience providing customer support in both chat and email channels
- Experience using CRM software is preferred
- Demonstrated comfort and confidenec with a passion for delivering customer solutions through digital platforms
- Ability to showcases the program’s values when supporting consumers and internal colleagues
