Job Summary
An automotive company is in need of a Telecommute Automotive Maintenance Technician Call Center Service Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to incoming calls from drivers and repair shops
- Approving or declining repairs based on Client's Policies
- Using your experience to review requests from vehicle repair shops
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years hands-on mechanical experience in any of the following Cars and midsize vehicles
- Must agree to obtain ASE Certification within 12 months of employment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates need basic computer skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Basic Microsoft office skills, outlook, word, Internet Explorer
