An automotive company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Automotive Parts Customer Service Specialist in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sending repair estimates to customers, which includes parts and labor
- Ordering parts from vendors via online or other means
- Answering general questions about car issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
- Auto parts experience with an understanding of the inner working of cars
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing a great customer experience
- Solid comprehension, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under pressure
- Ability to help automotive technicians in the field with day-to-day needs
- Ability to call potential customers to answer questions and book services
