A maker of automotive products has a current position open for a Telecommute Automotive Product Expert in Pleasanton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing customers with wheel/tire/suspension/brake fitment recommendations
- Using our CRM to track and process all customer questions
- Using our project management tools to stay organized
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Truly passionate about a particular vehicle make/model
- Broadly familiar with performance parts and proper vehicle setup
- Experience with track days, autocross, or competitive events
- Known for their exceptionally high customer service skills
- Passionate about writing
- Familiar with Google Suite, MS Office, and Mac OS
