Job Summary

An automotive remarketing company is in need of a Telecommute Automotive Remarketing Post Repo Account Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and processing accounts within our internal queue to meet company’s service level agreements
  • Supporting inbound inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Initiating outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet all internal and external time commitments
  • Ability to perform other duties as directed by Management
