A materials handling company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Automotive Service Advisor in the Greater Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide quick response in answering all customer phone, email and onsite will call inquiries.
  • Receive customer or technician request for service/repair
  • Escalate situations where timely resolution is at risk

Qualifications Include:

  • Bay Area territory since you'll report into our Livermore Branch on occasion
  • High school graduate
  • Demonstrated expertise in the multi-tasking of multiple clerical responsibilities concurrently

  • Courage and confidence to make decisions with minimal input
