Job Summary
A management consulting company is seeking a Telecommute Automotive Service Facilitator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering content in dealerships and regional venues
- Reading and analyzing standard dealership fixed operations financial statements
- Recognizing and leveraging key elements within a variety of dealer tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to communicate complex concepts and technical applications
- Comfortable with basic presentations, board room discussions, etc.
- Able to assess and prescribe improvement strategies for field operations training materials
- Knowledge of ILT applications, i.e. principles, practices, evaluation methods, etc.
- Experience with adult learning theory and practice
