Job Summary

A technology services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Availability and Service Level Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manages the lifecycle of all Service Level Agreements with the customer
  • Ensures that SLA and availability reporting are accurate and distributed in accordance with the reporting plan
