Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Avaya Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting the current departmental call flows, pick up, and hunt group
- Documenting individual features, second line extensions, speed dials, and BLS speed dials
- Working between 24-32 hours per week
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to Billings, MT up to 10% of the time
- Working knowledge of Cisco call manager and UCCX
- Ability to translate Avaya to Cisco features- experience with this type of project
