Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Avaya Engineer in Denver.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working on an Avaya to Cisco phone transition
  • Documenting the current departmental call flows, pick up, and hunt groups
  • Documenting individual features, second line extensions, speed dials, and BLS speed dials

Qualifications Include:

  • Potential to travel up to 10% of the time to Billings, MT
  • Working knowledge of Cisco call manager, and UCCX
  • Ability to translate Avaya to Cisco features
  • Avaya Communications Manager G3 Version - V16 (well versed)
  • Familiarity with UCCX (Call Center being transitioned) 6 Ques and 300 agents
  • Attention to detail
