Job Summary
A provider of government information services and solutions is in need of a Telecommute AWS Solution DevOps Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor emails received during the night shift for abends or other critical issues
- Monitor phone calls to the On-Call Support number for all issues
- Analyze server/system logs daily to identify and proactively resolve those issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend 2-4 weeks of orientation and team integration in Chantilly, VA
- University Degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of Job Scheduling Tool (i.e. IBM TWS)
- Scripting skills in Shell/Ruby/Python/Ansible/Puppet/Chef tools
- Flexibility in performing shift work if necessary (nights and weekends)
- Knowledge of cloud architecture design and implementation
