Job Summary
A call center consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute B2B Call Center Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a new client through the go live process in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a relationship with that client for the duration of their service with the company
- Ensure that the company's core values are the guiding principles
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3-5 years of customer service experience at a leadership level
- 2 years of building/maintaining client relationships
- Experience managing at least 50+ clients simultaneously
- High School diploma or equivalent
