A marketing and advertising company is in need of a Telecommute B2B Customer Success Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly, monthly retention reporting
- Managing customer distribution and capacity planning
- Developing a full understanding of our customer health
